The Wesleyan Church is an evangelical and Protestant denomination. We offer the good news that faith in Jesus Christ makes possible a wonderful personal relationship with God, a holy life empowered by His Holy Spirit for witness and service, and assurance of eternal life in heaven. Our ministries emphasize practical Bible teaching, uplifting worship, and special programs to meet a variety of life needs.
Mount Olive International Ministries exists to compassionately reach and serve our community with the love of Christ. We belong to the Shenandoah District of the Wesleyan Church. With World Headquarters in Fishers, Indiana, the Wesleyan Church has nearly 400,000 constituents in 4,000 churches and missions in 80 countries of the world.
Formed in 1968 resulting from the mergers of several like-minded groups, dating back as far as 1843,
The Wesleyan Church has its roots in John Wesley's Methodism.

Mount Olive International Ministries (M.O.I.M.) is living by faith. M.O.I.M. is called to proclaim the Gospel of Christ
and the beliefs of the evangelical Christian faith, to maintain the worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a
love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of our duties to God and our fellow human beings.
We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through
worship, witnessing, and ministry in the needs of the people of Mount Olive
and the community.
Reverend Pierre-Louis graduated from Franklin Delano Roosevelt, High School in Brooklyn, New York, in June 1984. He received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, City University of New York, in May 1990. He has done extensive studies at Queens College, City University of New York and Virginia State University of Petersburg. He received a masters degree in theology at Virginia Union University in May 2008. Furthermore, this process has helped him to uncover additional and significant themes for this great journey. In the meantime, he is willing to explore all of the avenues which can be beneficial for his ministry. Also, he is pursuing another masters degree at Regent University in Educational Leadership. He hopes to graduate from this masters program in December 2012.
He is married to Mrs. Josie Seraphin and from this union; God blessed them with two sons, David and Emmanuel, four daughters, Josly, Arlyne, Christie, and Angelique. Their fourth child, Arlyne, at the age of three years old, went to be with the Lord on August 29, 2002. To God be the glory, great things He has done
In February of 2005, Reverend Pierre-Louis was called to preach the gospel. He is divinely called to preach the gospel; providence always opens ways of preparation for the work. He is living in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel and exhibiting the life of Christ. His favorite scripture is as follows:
Psalm 103: 1-2 Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me bless
his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget
not all his benefits.

Don't Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and debts are high, And you want to smile but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest if you must but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns, As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about, When he might have won if he'd stuck it out.
Don't give up, though the pace seems slow, You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than, It seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the struggler has given up, When he might have captured the victor's cup,
And he learned too late, when the night slipped down, How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out, The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems afar.
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit, It's when things go wrong that you mustn't quit.

Malachi 3:8-10 New King James Version (NKJV)
Do Not Rob God
8 Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say,
In what way have we robbed You? In tithes and offerings.
9 You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation.
10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house,
And try Me now in this, Says the LORD of hosts, If I will not open for you the
windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be
room enough to receive it.
